This blog contains some personal anecdotes and a bit of play-by-play on what's going on in my life. I hope you enjoy it.

It was so amazing to hear the original composer perform one of my top three favorite songs of all time! At the risk of sounding ultra-cheesy, I will never forget how great that moment felt! I'm so happy Andrew was there to share it with me.
We dialer-uppers don't get optimum sound for something like this - I couldn't identify the singer or the song, so you'll have to help me out.
Joan, you shouldn't have to apologize for admitting that you enjoy life to the full. Most people don't dare do that til they are decades older, so you are ahead of the game :)
Thanks for the nice words - the song is "Your Song" and the performer is Elton John!
I have enjoyed a number of Elton John's songs over the years - and his was one of the names I guessed as I listened to that segment.
